Question: hi doctor i had hiv test report the doctor said i am affected for hiv. my index value is 0.13 can you please clear.

Generally values less than 0.90, like yours, are negative and it means that you are not affected by HIV. However,to be 100% sure, you should repeat HIV test 4-6 months after exposure and if index value is then less than 0.9, you can be sure that you dont have HIV. Wish you good health. Feel free to ask.
