Question: I am not certain if I took my Lipitor and norvasc tonight. What should I do?

Missing lipitor is not an issue. No need to worry about it even if you have missed or take additional dose if it's strength is less than 80 mg.
Regarding, norvasc, I guess you are taking 5 mg. you should check your blood pressure and if it's on a higher side like more than 140/90 you should have its dose. If it's normal or lower side that avoid it and check it frequently. So basically you should check your blood pressure frequently and act accordingly. It will have effect on Bp only, no need to worry about it. Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.
