My only question was related to Metronidazole Topical Cream. The directions mention possible interaction with alcohol. So my question was and is, can I drink a glass or two with dinner while using Metronidazole?
The other items mentioned, lipitor and exforge, were in response to questions the site asked--what other meds do I take. But your answer only refers to them, and I wasn't asking about them.
Thank you for your help. The follow up is my question just above--So my question was and is, can I drink a glass or two with dinner while using Metronidazole?

Brief Answer:
Avoid alcohol
Detailed Answer:
Metronidazole may affect the metabolism of alcohol and cause an unpleasant and sometimes dangerous reaction. You'd better avoid alcohol until a few days after stopping metronidazole.
I'm sorry I didn't answer the first time but metronidazole was not mentioned.
Kind Regards!
