Question: Went to my doctor yesterday in XXXXXXX he made the following changes:
Lurasidone kept at 40
Amitryn kept at 25
Sizopin kept at 12.5
Zapiz at 0.5, all in the night
He changed quetiapine from SR 100 to IR for better sleep
I have stopped zapiz 0.125 and inderal la 20 in the morning as my anxiety was lil better.
I have following queries:
I am getting breathless while speaking today and can't pronounce words which are tough as my tongue twists while pronouncing them, is it because of change of quetiapine from SR to IR? If so, will it settle down with time?
Didn't sleep last night after changing quetiapine to IR? Will it improve with ir? If yes, how long will it take?

what dose of pantaprazole should i take? i am already taking pantocid d (10mg domeperidone +20 mg pantaprazole) in the morning? can quetiapine ir cause the stomach symptoms i am having, if yes, will it settle down in a week's time?

In my opinion giving three antipsychotics simultaneously in subtherapeuctic doses is not a wise thing compared to giving Clozapine in good doses. Quetiapine 50, sizopin 25, amitryn 25, zapiz 0.25, lurasid 40 all in the night. During my last visit to the doctor on tuesday (24th Jan), quetiapine was reduced to 50 from 75, sizopin was increased to 25 from 12.5 and zapiz was reduced to 0.25 from 0.5. With this change, i have observing internal shakiness (though it was there earlier also, it started with changing quetiapine from sr 100 to ir 100 and continuing after making the change in the medication), will it go with the time.
Also, getting excess salivation and while speaking today in the office, saliva came out and became conscious after that and went to see the doctor and he has added glycolate 2 mg morning/eve

Can i take something for my shakiness, have tried pacitane and kemradin earlier but they would give me bad blurred vision, is there something else i can try which is safer?

was reading about glycolate on the net, no where its mentioned that it helps with trembling and shakiness. does it really help with trembling and shakiness? all i read is it helps with excess salivation and can cause tremors rather than helping with tremors?

spoke to my doctor and he is of the view that amitryn can be stopped. I am hesitant to do that as i have read on the net that amitryn helps with the excess salivation caused by sizopin and stopping that may increase my salivation, instead am thinking of increasing amitry by 10 mg (25+10) for my excess salivation. what would you advise? does amitryn cause weird dreams like mirtazipine? will making amitryn 35 help me with my sleep and salivation?
