Does Lymecycline Interact With Flucloxacillin?

Question: I am currently on lymecycline for acne, can I take a one week course of flucloxacillin for a rash that has suddenly appeared on my neck, probably fullliculitis which I got before as neck is itchy and burning, happened before, at the same time? I just want to know if it is safe to take both medications at the same time.
