Does Lysine Reduce The Incidence Of Cold Sores?
Question: I have been doing a lot of research online. That if take enough lysin it actually stops the cold sore from blistering...?
Because now im just confused if I have pimple or its a cold sore that stopped from blistering dince i have been taking lysin for few months now.
i actually want i want to be either no outbreak, or if it is an outbreak id like to see blister so i know that it is an outbreak. instead of analysizing every littlw bump or red marks i see.

Continue on the same if you are seeing some response. Now observation revealed that it reduces blistering, may be in after few weeks it may completely reduce the occurrences of the pimples too.

u fortunately i cant drive to my doctor to take a look to see if the red spots on my face is pimples or cold sores. thats why i signed up for this.
i have uploaded an image. can you examin to see if that dot in between my nose and lip.the dot with the kind of white tip and abit red around is a pimple or cold sore? and how would i know its a pimple?
