Does MP Forte Help Regulate Menstrual Bleeding?

Question: My and my partner had sex on 25th of July twice using full protection .. My date was around 25th but there were no PMS symptoms .. It has been 16 days since my periods are delayed and my cycle has always been very regular .. Despite it protected sex, I took 4 pregnancy tests and all are negative .. What could be the reason for such a long delay ? The doc prescribed MP forte for 2 days .. Is there any way to get my periods quickly ?

hello XXXXXXX delayed periods with negative urine pregnancy test can be due to stress,pcod,overweight,hormonal imbalance..your pregnancy test is negative,and you had protected sex.u r not pregnant....u can either wait for 7 days..or you can take registrone/meprate tablets for 3 days and wait for periods after 3 taking tablets from gynecologist...relax...thanks,u can ask if any query..

Thanks you actually made me feel relaxed.. :) does it happen that pregnancy tests are negative during early pregnancy and then they turn out to be positive after a few days? I read it somewhere so wanted to actually know from a reliable doctor :) what should be the dosage of meprate per day? I will soon go for a sonography once I get and am done with my periods to detect if there are any chances of PCOS..

hello..by pregnancy test u detect hcg level 14 days after conception by a urine test...u can also know blood hcg levels 11 days after conception..in your case u can go for blood hcg level...or you can wait for 3 days and repeat urine pregnancy test...your last period date is 25th july...now its 14 days post conception..dosage of meprate is 5mg thrice daily three days...or 10 mg once daily three days..meprate does not side effect on the baby as well...thanks...u can ask if any query...

So are there any chances of pregnancy? I will take a test again today.. I am currently not ready for a baby and that is the reason I used protection and do that everytime.. what if the results turn out to be positive? Are there any home abortion pills to take?
