Does Mifepristone Have Any Adverse Effects Of Follicular Growth?

Dont worry
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing..
I understand your concern..
Mifepristone could have affected the ovary .. But there is no proven data to say that it causes anovulation.. There are many people who ovulate normaliy in 2-3 months after mifepristone.. So dont worry..
I would suggest a combination of clomiphene for 5 days and Recombinent FSH for next 3 days to stimulate your ovaries.. Follow up follicular scan on day 11. Continue follicular study on alternate day to see the developing follicle till follicle size reaches 20x20mm which is the time ovulation occurs.. You should have intercourse around this time.. Increase the dose of clomiphene and rFSH till ovulation occurs.. This can be tried for a period of 6 months before taking a decision of donor egg..
Get an AMH to know the ovarian reserve and husband's semen analysis prior to starting the treatment..
If you are have gained a lot of weight, reduce the weight and strict diet control should be followed.. This helps to regularise periods..
Hope I have answered your query..Feel free to ask any doubts.. good day

Continue with follicular study
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing..
Continue with follicular study in this cycle for 2 more alternate days.. If there is no follicle developing, This cycle nothing can be done.. Clomiphene from day 2 to day 6 and rFSH from day 7 to 9 has to be taken in the next cycle and follow up with follicular study to see the developing follicle..
Hope i have answered your query..Feel free to ask any doubts.. good day
