Brief Answer:
Treatment for Rheumatoid arthritis needed, not Rheumatic Fever

Detailed Answer:
Good evening

Thank you for writing on health care magic

Well, no, not at all. Pentid is used for rheumatic fever and that also in kids who cant take injection Penicillin. It is more of an antibiotic than a drug to treat Rheumatoid Arthritis( Both the diseases are very different)

There are a lot more number of medicines available which can help control her disease and so she can lead as normal life as anyone. Excess use of painkillers can harm her kidneys and liver considering her age.

I will suggest you visit a rheumatologist around your area and get her treated with medications which wont cause side effects and give her relief.

Let me know for more queries. Would be happy to help out
