This is the same question. Did you mean to send something else? Fastin (which contains phentermine) should not be used along with citalopram.

new fastin contains now phenylethylamine and may be another option to use with my citalopram?

I've been looking at the FDA database but I can't seem to find any relevant information about it. Anyway, phenylethylamine is a similar drug with a similar chemical structure and will probably cause the same problems.
The most 'healthy' way to loose weight (if that's your target) is to adjust your diet and physical activity.
