The nitroglycerine sprays or other medicines which can cause local congestion, increases preload on heart, and are not safe at all until it has been advised by your cardiologist, knowing that if your are a cardiac patient, to get some desired results.

Using these on neck vessels is highly unrecommended. You see, neck bears the most important vessels which are supplying your brain. One can't afford to do interference with that.

Also that neck has got, those sensors which keep whole body pressures in a limit. Any interference with that can cause postural drop and syncope.

So the risks weigh more than the benefits.

If there is any other formulation which is told to you, keep this in your mind, that it has to do something with the blood vessels and in neck it is not a good option to avail.
