Brief Answer:
Only change required: avoid amlodipine and allopurinol together

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. The only combination I would prefer you avoided is allopurinol and amlodipine, although a reaction is not always experienced but less commonly reported drug interactions have been allergic reactions and an increased susceptibility for infections.

If at all you develop symptoms like shortness of breath, muscle pain, swelling of face or lips, rash, a fever, etc; please report to your doctor or the ER immediately. If you have not experienced any side effects or preferably have not initiated these medications yet then report to your prescribing doctor and request for a change, preferably with allopurinol than amlodipine (Especially if you are well suited to amlodipine. Your doctor can initiate febuxostat instead of allopurinol or even losartan, but it would be best for your doctor to make that decision as he/she would know your history best.

I hope you find my response both helpful and/or informative, please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
