H! Thanks for the feedback. Yes it can cause diarrhea and GI upsets. if symptoms are minor, these can go away after taking the drug for a while. Symptoms may wave off completely after taking few dosages. If these doesn't go away, then consider decreasing the dose and if symptoms still persist then stop the drug and consult the prescribing doctor. If symptoms are severe even now then stop it immediately, and keep replacing the lose water and salts by maintaining good hydration. Try taking it between meals and symptoms may be less severe.
