Question: hello doctors,my dad's age is 60,and before 6 months he was affected by brain stroke and doctors prescribed strocitplus,rejuneuron od,ideban still now he is taking all these tablets now he became normal doing all his routine activities like driving,etc..again now he s admitted in hospital doctors telling that blood vessels in heart is getting shrinked my doubt is this problem raised because of all these tablets is there any possiblities???

Hi dear.Thanks for giving me an opportunity to address your query.

Strocit Plus contains Citicholine which is a part of stoke treatment plan and has beneficial actions- reduce the breakdown of brain cells.Rejunuron contains vitamin B12 which promotes neuronal health and maintains healthy nerve cells.These are adjuvant medications for management of stroke and prevent recurrence to some extent.

According to me none of these medications result in shrinkage of blood vessels of the heart and donot affect the heart at all.

Would like to know what is ideban?Could you please spell or share the composition of the tablet.
