Brief Answer:
Drug induced allergic reaction
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thank you for getting back with the answers. I have gone through them as well as the image attached. Your symptoms are most probably due to drug induced allergic reaction from ATT. First thing that we need to do is take care of symptoms. take cetirizine one at night for 3 days. It will reduce the allergic response and improve the conditions. Afterwards keep a close eye over the medicines you take and see which particular medicine is causing the reaction. That particular tablet needs to be changes for which you need to visit your treating doctor.
Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!
