Brief Answer:
further information

Detailed Answer:
Dear
Thanks for contacting Ayureda with your health concern and following is possible drug drug interaction:

1. While Ashwgandha is effective/suitable for insomnia but it does not act as a good sedative,on the other hand Tagar is a safe sedative / hypnotic choice for patients with mild to moderate insomnia, so instead of going for individual preparation one should use compound form of the drug with major ingredients as nervine tonic: e.g. STRESSAN Tablet or Stresscom Capsule (which along with these two contains Jatamansi, Ajwain, Dhatura).

2. Some of the possible side effects which may occur (although rare) while taking in individual form is/are:

. Vomiting
. Diarrhea
. Excitability
. Uneasiness
. Stomach upset...so please discuss or consult with a qualified Ayurveda Physician regarding these.
