Brief Answer:
Hi find detail answer below.

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear

I admire you for positive outlook.
Very glad to see you.

Thank you for using health care magic.

I understand your concern and guess it is sleep onset insomnia.

Usually just need to change timing of trazadone.

1st step is thatyou can take it at 9 pm after food and watch for it action.

If still you have not sleepy then need to add other medicines.

2nd step is that Stop taking lunesta and restoral and shift to lorazepam 2 mg or zolpidam 5 mg.

If still have problem then add mirtazapine 7.5 mg to trazadone but it require proper evaluation.

Maintaining sleep hygiene is must like.

Fix sleep schedule and fix on it.

No day time sleep.

Avoid alcohol, smoking etc.

Avoid tea coffee and soft drink before bed.

Do exercise.

light food in dinner.

Use bed only when you feel sleepy etc.

still if you have a query then feel free to ask.

Happy to help you.

Thank you.

Take care.
