hai i am 27 years old male.my eyes are gone inside due to continuously use of Computer because of my office works due to this .i sleep 6 to 7 hours a day. its gives me very weird look its seems that i am very much tired.my weight/height is 55kg/163cm. plz anyone can help me related to my problem. just advice me any medicine. i don t like Veg/fish and meals..thanks.
Hi, First of all you must increase your appetite and take lot of protein food and plenty of water.Do a routine blood examination to rule out anemia or any disease. Use some lubricating drops while working on computers and take breaks in between your work. Maintain a healthy diet.Do some exercise as you are doing sedentary work. This may help you to release tension and increase your appetite.Sleep at least 6-8 hrs a day but it should be sound sleep.Avoid using too much gadgets and give rest to your eyes as much as possible...
