Brief Answer:
there are some concerns

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I understand that you don't take trazodone now and you want to start tramadol.
The only significant concern with tramadol is hydroxyzine. Both drugs may cause sedation (central nervous system suppression). In some cases the effect may be overwhelming for the patient and may even cause respiratory problems.

Trazodone with tramadol is a bad combination as it may - rarely - cause a serious side effect (serotonin syndrome) which is potentially fatal.

There is no problem with amlodipine.

You have not revealed the reason you need tramadol, so I can't comment any further on that. Tramadol and trazodone are different types of drugs. We don't use them interchangeably.

I hope you find my comments helpful!
Kind Regards!
