Does Triamcinolone Acetonide Help Treat Rashes?

Question: I have been using triamcinolone acetonide ointment 1% for my rash but it has stopped being effective is there another drug or ointment that is more effective?

You might have developed a fungal infection, in that case, Triamcinolone will not work.
