Does Tylenol Help Cure Sleeplessness?

If Tylenol is unlikely to help, can you recommend some other sleep aid where the chances of getting dementia from it are quite small?
Benadryl is good.....Did it not work good for you?
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for this query.
Benadryl is a good sleep aid and doesn't increase the chances of causing dementia. I can see you have tried this before. If your fear is that it might cause dementia, I can assure you that it doesn't. If it didn't help with the sleeping difficulty, kindly let me know.
In addition to drugs, avoid coffee, caffeine, cola, napping close to bed time and sleeping with lights/noise. Also, regular daily exercise helps regulate and allow you enjoy the sleep more.
I hope to hear back from you. If Benadryl hasn't been helpful to you, then I will propose another. Besides, Tylenol doesn't help with sleeping difficulties unless that is caused by pain.
Let me hear back from you!

This evidence is weak!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have reviewed these studies especially that from Havard. The evidence is weak and I will not deprive any patient from taking this drug based on this. This study requires further studies with better designs to be carried out before we could really make this assertion with certainty. Well, it could be reasonable to be safe than sorry and you may get off this drug. However, how much you take also plays into the possibility of any links. Kindly report the frequency and dose that you take. We can always change this if need be.
I wish you well and hope to hear from you!

Thank you very much for your additional reply. I am indeed sorry that I was not aware of that second message and that I am so late in responding to it.
Thank you for your review of the studies about Benadryl. I intend to take one tablet, 25 mg, two or three nights a week. Two or three mornings per week, I have rather stressful assignments. A decent night of sleep before them is very helpful.
Gratefully, XXXXXXX Esseks
I will say, feel free to take these medications!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I will suggest you take these medications a suggested. There is no harm and like i stated before, the research raises and important cause for concern but in no way establishes a definitive causal relationship that warrants such caution with anti-histamines such as bendaryl.
Keep me posted with your progress. I wish you well and hope to hear from you soon if need be.
