Does Valsartan Interact With Metformin?

Question: Is it safe to take 320 mg Valsartan with Metmorfin together?
I mean, I applied to my doctor 2 years ago claiming severe burn like pain in my feet. I guess it was already diabetic. Now I have 150-154 glucose level every morning, no food intake. I sure I could start taking care about it long time ago. My doctor didn't react on my complains, it says insisting on blood work without abnormal findings for 2 years in a row.

3 years ago I had a really bad situation. My blood pressure was high, I stopped controlling real vision of the world. I would take everything as enemy world reacting on how many good or bad things I do. Imagination world. My doctor prescribed me with medicine from shisophrenia. I took one pill, I was for about to pass away. I started a diet, physical activity, contrast shower, accupuncture. My symptoms were gone. I gave this medicine back to my doctor. Ever since that I became suspected I am not normal. I guess it was diabetic attack looking back when I know I am diabetic.
Sometimes I feel like I loose my ability to walk. I walk, and then I feel like I am for about to drop. I don't feel my feet, I feel like I don't have a control on my walking, and for about to fall. I catch it for many times a week. That really scares me. I know, I have spinal stenosis in my low back, and also a fusion in my neck. But not being able to control my walking at all?

Let me hear back from you about this.
