Vimpat has NEVER been reported to cause any blood clotting disorders. It would be very unlikely for his to have been caused by this drug. I a just wondering if you have any other disease that you have not reported to me. Bruises are often not painful. Spontaneous and painful bruises on the legs often suggest some other disease associations. The form associated with this is termed erythema nodosum. I will like that you take a look at this and share your thoughts with me whether this looks like some of the lesions you have been having in the past or presently. Otherwise, ice packs would control the pain hasten recovery. But until the exact cause of this is identified and addressed properly, am afraid we may have to deal with this time and again.
