Brief Answer:
I wouldn't allow that in my patients
Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for writing through HCM.
I have read your query and understood that you are on withdrawal from opiates and taking suboxone 8 mgs. In addition you have panic attacks and anxiety issues, so you want to take xanax 2 mg along with it.
Xanax 2 mg is a very high dose and I wouldn't allow this in my patients. I may have tried lower dosage like 0.5 mg of xanax. You really need to consult your prescribing doctor for this. Don't take high dose, if you have severe panic or anxiety then it will be part of the withdrawal and will respond to suboxone alone.
Hope I have answered your query. If you have further query then I shall be happy to help.
Wish you good health.
