Remedy for acne
Detailed Answer:
Hi. Thank you. I recieved the images.
You should use a gentle cleanser for face wash e.g Cetaphil Cleansing gel, twice daily.
Use Clindac- A solution 1% for day application and
Deriva- CMS gel for night application.
In addition I also suggest you to take Tab Roxid (Roxithromycin) 150 mg twice daily for 2 weeks.
This treatment plan will help both acne and reduce acne induced pigmentation/ dark spots.

Can i use. Demelan instead of deriva?
Brief Answer:
Demelan not to be used for now
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
No, since you have active acne you must first treat your acne. Demelan is not an antiacne medication.
Moreover, your acne spots would become lighter with antiacne treatment that I have suggested.
If required, you can use demelan later for dark acne spots/ pigmentation.
