Brief Answer:
Should evaluate the pancreatic enzymes first...

Detailed Answer:
Hi there,

You are reporting to have a malformed pancreas. At this point, I'd like to have your blood tests results and other tests you did in order to evaluate :

- at what extent the function of your pancreas has been damaged due to malformation.

- and if other organs like liver/gallbladder are also affected

- I need to have your malabsorption tests done for proper analysis and management.

If the malformation of the pancreas has also impaired its function, then, pancreatic enzymes might not be :
- secreted or
- functioning

properly, leading to diarrhea. If this is your case, then, should take pancreatic enzymes according to your lab results.

Looking forward to have the requested lab reports in!
