Does Abdominal Cramps Indicate Miscarriage?
Question: my wife is 6 days delayed and she has cramps on her lower abdomen but she is not bleeding, is this an early sign of a miscarriage?
Brief Answer:
Can be intestinal or urinary colic.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The cramping in lower abdomen is not necessarily related to a miscarriage. It can happen due to intestinal colic or a urinary infection also. You need to confirm the pregnancy first after testing your urine for pregnancy.
After that do consult your physician for proper diagnosis.
