Hello,

For your symptoms, take tab. Meftal spas twice daily for 4-5 days from the starting day of your cramps. Mostly your cramps will get reduced by then. You can apply a heating pad or a hot water bottle on the lower abdomen to relieve pain. Mild exercises like walking and yoga would also help.

Balanced diet rich in magnesium and omega 3 fatty acids is necessary. Avoid caffeine and alcohol. Managing stress with relaxation techniques would help. Still, if your cramps doesn't go away, you need to consult a gynecologist.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
