Does Adult Onset Asthma Come On Suddenly?

Question: Does adult onset asthma come on suddenly or does it take time to show its self? Could I have had been predisposed to it all my life. The adjustment to having this gives me stress and anxiety and then the panic attack makes it harder to take a deep breath. I have been prescribed albuterol inhaler and Flovent for inflammation. It's only a 44mcg two puffs, twice a day. I don't think it has enough kick to bring inflammation down or can panic keep it from working fully

No, adult onset asthma doesn't come all of a sudden.
It usually develops gradually.
Dose of these inhalers depend on your weight.
So please let me know your weight so that I can tell you whether these doses are appropriate or not.
Uncontrolled stress, anxiety and panic disorder can also cause persistent inflammation. And these factors can also decrease anti inflammatory effect of these inhalers.
So avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.

I am about 180 lbs 5'8. Probably 15-18 lbs over best weight

Not depressed, just sitting in library on a Saturday working when I would rather be relaxing

you and I used up the other accounts questions in one week. So I had to open an old account to keep chatting. So I had to create a question that could possibly be my symptoms and see what I would get for an answer. You are the only dr ever working I think.

So isn't today a day off? What fun things did you do today.

Hcm unlimited account is really limited to 6 or 7 main question each month
Each question can have 6-10 responses
When we use up the limit of questions, I just go open one that I have ability to use or ask from.

So when you and I really converse, we can go thru a number of accounts per month

From june20 to today, we have used up 3 and now have number 4 open
