Question: I sleep at 11pm and wake up at 3am only 4hrs sleeping after that Iam not able to sleep l take 1litre beer before going to bed does this beer effecting my sleep? My friend suggested to take restyl 0.25mg please advice me doctor

Yes, alcohol does affect your sleep cycle and sleep. It can cause insomnia.

In my opinion, you should avoid alcohol after evening 5PM.

Take a hot shower with lavender based perfume, brisk walk for 10 min before you sleep. Have food 2 hour before sleep. Maintain sleep hygiene and sleep timings.

I do not recommend restyl at this time.
