Does Blood On Closed Cut Pimple Pose Any Risk Of HIV?

Question: I mean does blood on closed cuts or non bleeding pimples poses any risk thank youuu very much
Brief Answer:
This is no risk activity for HIV.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Welcome to HCM.
First of all, you have to confirm whether the blood was HIV positive or not. Then it should be fresh or in liquid state to transmit the infection because it is very difficult for HIV virus to survive outside the body or in dried blood and it will die within seconds
HIV can be transmitted through open wounds or cuts if the infected blood comes in contact with but not through closed cuts or non bleeding pimple so don't get worried about because the way you had mentioned for HIV transmission is very rare or unlikely. If still any query you can get back to me.
Thank You

Brief Answer:
The progression to hiv/253657?iL=true" >AIDS depends on many other factors along HIV infection.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Welcome back and thanks for follow-up.
The progression to AIDS from HIV infection depends upon many factors other than infection like age of the patient, HIV sub types, other co-infections, poor nutrition, severe stress and healthy food habits etc.
There are three stages of HIV infection. Acute HIV infection stage develops within 2-4 weeks after the infection and also known as Acute Retro-viral Syndrome. This stage is highly infectious and the patient is at high risk of transmitting it to partners or others.
Clinical Latency Stage, also known as Asymptomatic HIV Infection lasts on an average of 10 years in people who are not on ART but some people may pass through this stage faster. The patients have no symptoms during this stage.
The stage of fully developed AIDS occurs when the immune system damaged very badly and patients become vulnerable to opportunistic infections. Without treatment people who develop AIDS typically survive for about 3 years but with opportunistic infection survival without treatment falls to about one year.
The incident in your case carries no risk for HIV transmission so no need to worry at all. Hope this info will help you. Be relaxed and move ahead in life. For any further query you can get back to me any time.
