Question: I have chronic prostatitis. Will it effct my fertility am 22 years old . Got my semen bacterial culture back which is good .

Fortunately,sperms are producing rapidly and unlike female eggs, it is being produced almost during while lifetime. Prostatitis can cause some impact on fluids in which sperms are swimming but it won't have significant effect on sperm count and quality. So you should check spermatogram and if it is normal now then it shouldn't be worsened in future just treat any bacterial infection or std if occurs. Wish you good health. regards

My sperm culture was fine. How many chances of white blood cells in spermatogram

If there are no bacteria then probably there is no significant number of white blood cells.
