Brief Answer:
Normal blood pressure range
Detailed Answer:
Good day,
Noted your question. Cinnamon does have sugar lowering properties, but mild effect. As long as your blood sugar remains in normal range, you could try that.
At your age, the blood pressure of 130/70 is excellent. The range is 100-140 / 60-90 mm of hg.

is it true the new "NORMAL" for blood sugar level a person's levels should be kept under 80 ?
Brief Answer:
Goals based on age
Detailed Answer:
Not really.
At your age, diabetes is treated a bit different to younger age group. The recommendation is to keep fasting sugar below 130 and 2 hours post meal blood sugar below 180 and 3 month average reading ( HbA1c) below 8%.
However, if you are otherwise fit and active and have no major other health issues ( heart failure, ischemic heart disease or stroke ) or if you are not at risk of hypoglycemia, the recommendation is to treat like a young person. So the goal would be to keep fasting blood sugar between 80 to 110 mg and Post meal sugars between 80- 140 mg and the 3 month average reading (HbA1c) below 6.5%
