Brief Answer:
Losar H is less likeky to cause cough

Detailed Answer:
Hello ,
I am Dr.Rajesh Teli,MD.I have gone through your query .Thanks for using HCM.

Actually there is only one contraindication to Losar H I.e.direct hypersensitivity which occurs with very first tablet otherwise it is to be given with caution in patient with abnormal kidney function .
Dry irritative cough is side effect of drug of ACE inhibitor and not ARB I.e. Losartan.
In your case it seems to be due to allergic asthmatic tendency and not Loser H.
Focus on allergy management

My best wishes
Dr.Teli.
