can this result in pregnancy problems or miscarriages?

This should not affect your pregnancy on any way.
Only if you are RH negative then there may be problems caused by senzitization due to mother-baby Rh incompability but even this can be prevented.

So you don't need to worry at all, and blood type and Rh factor in your case won't have any adverse effects.
