Question: I prescribed opana 20 they were stolen this month and I ended up getting hydro 10 with less acetaminophen will this mess up my drug test?

Your drug test will show that you were taking a codeine derivative like Hydro 10 and not opana because both oxymorphone and oxycodone will be present in the urine. With Opana there will be only oxymorphone in the urine.
