Does Garcinia Cambogia Help Reduce Weight?
Question: Hi, I recently asked several doctors my question concerning Garcinia Cambogia use in 15 year olds (it was suggested as fine, since they are supplements.). I ordered some for my friend (she is now almost 16), and nothing seems wrong. At the same time, I can't tell if she's losing weight. I bought off from this site:http://garciniacambogiadietdr.com. I only got the Garcinia Cambogia, but there were other products. Green Coffe Extract (http://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0736/1315/products/green-coffee-100_170.png?v=0000) and Colon Cleanse detox (http://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0736/1315/products/colon-cleanse-100_170.png?v=0000). Would it have been okay to get those as well?

the weight loss needs other things besides s tablet. A tablet for weight loss is supplementary. It is not the main thing. the main thing is diet control and exercise regime. If you have this, tablets may help. Else the tablet alone will not help.

The fact remains that these are all supplements.
You can take them.
But there is no need to increase on your tablets if there is no problem.
Like colon cleanse detox is XXXXXXX suitable for constipation and more so in IBS.
If you dont have the problem, why do you want to take them?
Therefore I suggest you stick to diet control and exercise regime and use these tablets as add on therapy if at all.
