Question: Hi,
We are planning for our 1st kid.
We should do sex daily during 10-18 days?
I read somewhere if we do sex daily...sperm will be weak etc...
I need your guidance...what should give best result
daily sex or alternative day sex.
Please help me.

Hello dear, thanks for trusting health care magic. You can try following measures to enhance the chances of conception -
1) try to keep a pillow beneath your buttocks after sex so that gravitational force keeps the semen inside the vagina for a longer time.
2) you should not get up for at least 20-25 minutes
3) try conventional position of sex female lying down on bed
4) maximum chances of conception are in day 10-18 of the cycle in case you have regular cycles.
Do intercourse on alternate days during this time that will be more helpful rather than daily one.
This will increase sperm concentration in the ejaculate.
Sperms don't get weak with daily intercourse its just a matter of concentration.
