Does Hay Fever Sinus Drip Caues Infection In Lungs?
Question: I have sarcoidosis which I am no longer medicated. However my hay fever sinus drip scares me as Ifeel. like it may irritate my lungs and get me sick again. What non medication strategies are for hay fever drip.

You are right in saying there is risk of infection into the lungs and risk of relapse of sarcoid pathology due to the hay fever induced sinus drip.
You may have to take steam inhalations with eucalyptus in it atleast 3 to 4 times a day, this will reduce the congestion in the nasal, sinus mucous membrane. This will prevent irritation of production of the discharge, hence reducing the chance of infection.
Also do take a pinch of turmeric powder in the milk at night, it is considered one of the best herbal remedy for hay fever.
