Does Herina Affect Sperm Count Or Fertility?
Question: Hi I have herina for past two years . Will it affect my sperm count, fertility. And I have only my one testicles in the sack and its affected. Other was removed in my younger age .

One, NO, hernia will not effect your sperm count. There is no relation between the two body systems.
Two, YES, single testis may affect the sperm count. How much is something that can be answered only after semen analysis. However if the quality of semen is maintained, fertility may be unaffected.
