Does Hyperthyroidism Cause Dizziness?
It can be due to Hyperthyroidism.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question.
Increased sensitivity to heat can be a symptom of hyperthyroidism.
Frequent lightheadedness and feeling hungry can be caused by low blood sugar.
Lightheaded can be due even to hypotension or orthostatic hypotension.
Feeling thirsty can be caused by Diabetes mellitus.
If your doctors did the usual blood work and everything was Ok, I presume that we can exclude Diabetes mellitus and low blood sugar already.
In these circumstances, I'd suggest doing the thyroid function tests (TSH, fT3, and fT4 ) to explore if you have any thyroid problem that can explain your symptoms and to check your blood pressure to see if you have hypotension additionally.
Hope this is helpful.
If you have other questions, please feel free to ask.
Take care.
