What Causes Episodes Of Dizziness With Headache And Strange Odour?
I have been experiencing episodes of dizziness. Sometimes with a headache and sometimes with a strange oddour. I do suffer from common dizzy spells due to vasovagal syncope but I am now used to them and know the signs. This is very different and unsettling

More likely, your diagnosis is migraine, after odor exposure you are getting headache. Hence, vast vgal syncope precaution, lifestyle changes, avoid straight rising from bed and using socks (tight) helps.
