Brief Answer:
No it will have no effect.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for choosing HealthcareMagic for your query,
DWI HGN s a test for high blood alcohol content. An involuntary twitch (referred to as Nystagmus) occurs whenever a person looks sideways at an angle greater than 45 degrees. However, people with a high Blood Alcohol Content twitch when the light is held at less than 45 degrees. The procedure is known as the Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus (HGN) Test.
As per your query no hypermetropia will have no effect on nystagmus,Hence have no effect on this test.

Thanks
