Question: Since removal of a catheter 2 weeks ago I have pain in penis when I frequently want to pee?

Pain in penis after removal of catheter is common and is due to inflammation of urethra (Urethritis) resulting from foreign body reaction of urethral mucosa to the catheter .
You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefixime along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.along with urine alkalizer Citralka thrice daily .
Ensure to drink more water .
