You are currently taking Adderall and you are worried that taking it may affect your fertility and sperm morphology. The answer is no. There is no evidence to link Adderall therapy with any effects on male sperm production, morphology or counts. Adderall can affect your sexual desire and cause impotence but nothing associated with sperm or semen changes
