Brief Answer:
no swelling
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
baclofen is not supposed to cause edema (swelling) on the legs. Other causes may apply, like vein insufficiency, heart disease, low albumin due to various conditions (kidney disease for example), etc.
I can't comment on your spine's condition, that's something you have to discuss with the neurosurgeon or the neurologist. Please keep in mind that baclofen should not be stopped abruptly because it may cause serious withdrawal kind of effects.
Potential choices for the pain include pregabalin (instead of gabapentin), paracetamol combinations with mild to moderate potency opioids and/or NSAID or stronger opioids. This is up to your doctor to decide depending on your history and needs.
Kind Regards!

Can colchicine 0.6 my be the cause of the swelling of my legs and feet and cause the heaviness in my legs or do that have something to do with my kidneys? I also have one kidney due to a accident I had in 1973. I'm not on any dylisis or anything.
Brief Answer:
I don't believe it's colchicine
Detailed Answer:
Colchicine is not supposed to cause this symptom either. It may do harm to the kidneys particularly in larger doses but it's rather unlikely potential cause of swelling. You'd better start investigating this swelling with clinical examination by your doctor and then an ultrasound scan (triplex) of the leg veins. Your doctor and the scan may identify clues to the cause.
Kind Regards!
