Brief Answer:
Cetrizine is safe

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Cetrizine is safe in first trimester of pregnancy.
You can safely take it.
However, for blocked nose, steam inhalation two to three times a day will help in relieving the congestion.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
