Question : I take DSN pre-workout, I was told to take it every morning and it has ingredients in it that will raise testosterone levels (maybe it's the ginseng in it?) and I was wondering if this would cause my testes to shut off or if it will just cause them to produce more testosterone themselves, since the pre-workout isn't a steroid, it's supposed to make ME produce more. Also, because I have OCD I would just like to ask also if it was possible if only one teste could be affected by it, it sounds crazy but it's a genuine concern and just hearing a doctor's response would make me feel better. BOTH testes will either shrink or grow, not just one, right?

DSN contains creatine, arginine, and ginseng. None of these ingredients will cause testicular shrinkage or dysfunction. In the case of anabolic steroid use, yes, both testicles shrink, but DSN will not cause this.
