Question: Does finasteride affect your ability to ejectulate during sex?Does it affect your ability to have erection? Is there another medicine that helps the prostrate but doesn't affect your ability to have sex. As a dr. can you wrie me a prescription for Viarga or equal.

Yes finasteride can cause anything opposite to testosterone, which includes decreased sex drive, decreased erection and problems with ejaculation.

There is no exact medication which works exactly like it and has same effects but Tamsulosin is used to relieve symptoms of benign prostatic hylerplasia.

Viagra can help with the errection problem. It is advised that you get a checkup and discuss your problem with a specialist in order to get medication changed or prescribed we through online medical advise can just guide you about your health related problems. Can not legally prescribe anything.
