Does Intake Of Methylprednisolone And Cyclobenzaprine Help In Curing Muscle Pain In Neck?

Yes can be taken together.
Detailed Answer:
Hello again! I am sorry that you are still not feeling well.
Regarding your questions on the use of methylprednisolone and cyclobenzaprine at the same time, you can rest assured there is no interaction between the two and can be used together. Methylprednisolone is a drug given to reduce inflammation (though I am not usually that eager to prescribe it, prefer nonsteroid anti inflammatory drugs) while Cyclobenzaprine is a medication used to relieve muscle spasm, its use is sensible in your case, is not used beyond a couple of weeks generally.
One interaction to keep in mind is that between Cyclobenzaprine and the Codeine which is present in Tylenol 3 which you have been using, they both increase sedation, so when used together that side effect can be more pronounced, should be kept in mind. I suppose that is why he has prescribed it only once at bedtime as it usually is given 2-3 times a day.
I hope you'll feel better soon.

Is it OK to take the muscle relaxer tonight. I last took the Tylenol 3 on sunday evening.

I am sorry about answering late as I guess you've perhaps already gone to bed without the answer whether it was ok.
Well the answer was certainly yes, plenty of time has passed since you took Tylenol 3 (and as I said you can take them together, just to pay attention to too much sedation).
If you were told to stop Tylenol then medication interaction won't be an issue, Methylprednisolone and Cyclobenzaprine do not interact. I am a little perplexed with this switching of medication though, I do not remember exactly when you were recommended Tylenol 3, but I believe it was Friday or Saturday, so it means you took it for 1-2 days only. Also while I do not have anything against Cyclobenzaprine it is not a pain reliever, it means you are not taking anything for the pain right now, could've at least continued simple Tylenol (without codeine) for that purpose.
One other remark. I see now from past questions that you were prescribed medication for ulcers. In that case you should be careful with Methylprednisolone as it may exacerbate ulcers, so if you notice stomach symptoms you should stop it.
Wishing you good health.
